Yield: Makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
2
ripe medium bananas, peeled and sliced (about 2 cups)

2
cups unsweetened frozen strawberries (do not thaw)

1/4
cup no-sugar-added strawberry pourable fruit*

Whole fresh strawberries (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation:
1.
Place banana slices in plastic bag; freeze until firm.

2.
Place frozen banana slices and frozen strawberries in food processor container. Let stand 10 minutes for fruit to soften slightly. Add pourable fruit. Remove plunger from top of food processor to allow air to be incorporated. Process until smooth, scraping down sides of container frequently. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves, if desired. Freeze leftovers.

Note: Granité can be transferred to airtight container and frozen up to 1 month. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
